A graduate of Economics from Addis Ababa University, Hamere Alemu closely works with external partners and internal teams, oversees smooth operations for clients and develops marketing strategies. As the Deputy General Manager, her responsibilities include designing and implementing office policies and organizational systems, recruitment and on-boarding of new employees and is charged with helping formulate, facilitate and communicate plans, while overseeing Dil Tour and Travel’s corporate development.
